Dear Archbishop O’Malley,

What Sacred Heart means to me is that I have always felt that I was part of a caring, committed community. People were always friendly and inclusive, and we have had over the years, many dedicated individuals who have contributed to several important missions, including one in Honduras, Habitat, Rosie’s Place, and many more areas where help was needed. I feel that the closing of this community of worshippers will be a great loss.

This is more than just another building. This is a group of Christians who for the most part are living their beliefs.
