indicated when he met with the Leadership Council on Saturday afternoon that he
wanted the feedback even after we knew our closure date was rescinded. Your Letters Are
Still Needed.
4) In Addition: letters from parishioners
to assist Archbishop O’Malley in making his decision -- “A new closing date
will be decided after further consultation” – we should give him all the help
we can so he makes the right decision, and keeps us open permanently. The Leadership Council will prepare a letter
from the Sacred Heart community.
Individual letters are encouraged also, and if you give us permission to
do so please also mail it to webmaster@sacredheartappeal.org and we can post them on the appeal web site
to share our thoughts and suggestions. Your Letters Are Needed.
5) Preparations for the Vigil that would have started November 21st,
after the last mass, will be discussed during Tuesday night’s
meeting Nov 16th,

Meeting in the parish hall to finalize the letter of appeal and get final signatures. If personal letters from parishioners are available either by email or on paper, this is likely to be the deadline for inclusion with the appeal letter. Even if a personal statement or letter is not included with the appeal letter, letters can be sent at a later date.
